Overview |
This audio conference will give a broad overview of
what the revenue cycle is and outline how HIM
functions fit into the cycle. In addition, it will
provide some ‘tips and tricks’ for keeping HIM’s
portion running smoothly and improving interaction
with other team players.

Kristen Sztukowski, MBA, RHIA, CCS
Kristen is currently the Health Information Revenue
Cycle Specialist at The Hospital of the University
of Pennsylvania and has been in the HIM field for 15
years. She started as a coder for seven years and
now as Revenue Cycle Specialist for the past eight
years. She graduated from Temple University with a
BS in Health Information Management and also from
Saint Joseph’s University with an MBA. She is
currently a member of AHIMA and SePHIMA and HFMA
(Healthcare Management Financial Association).
